Raw Material: Three Stage Inspection Process

Quality control begins at the source. Hongye Silicone implements a three stage inspection process for every batch of incoming silicone rubber raw materials, catalysts, fillers and additives. The first stage is supplier qualification audit, where only ISO certified suppliers with stable delivery records are included in the approved supplier list. The second stage is incoming goods inspection, verifying batch numbers, production dates, certificates and packaging integrity. The third stage is laboratory testing, sampling and measuring viscosity, volatile content, purity and moisture content. Only materials passing all three stages can enter the production warehouse, preventing unqualified raw materials from reaching the production line.

Production: Real Time Monitoring with Full Traceability

During production, Hongye Silicone operates automated manufacturing lines that precisely control temperature, stirring speed, reaction time and vacuum level, minimizing human influence on product quality. Quality inspectors take samples every 2 hours to test viscosity and appearance, promptly identifying and correcting any production abnormalities. Every batch carries a unique production lot number with complete records including raw material batches, process parameters, operators, equipment numbers and test data, achieving full traceability from raw material to finished product. Finished Product: Ten Parameter Comprehensive Testing

Finished product testing before shipment is the final and most stringent quality gate. Hongye Silicone conducts comprehensive testing on ten parameters for every batch of pad printing silicone: hardness, viscosity, operation time, cure time, tensile strength, tear strength, elongation at break, density, appearance and curing performance. Only when all ten parameters meet product standards can a COA test report be issued and the product approved for shipment. For customer customized special specifications, additional targeted tests are added, such as curing performance at specific temperatures, ink solvent resistance testing and pad head printing life testing, to ensure specific customer requirements are met. Every batch is retained in sample storage for at least 12 months for future quality traceability and comparative analysis.
