Step One Raw Material Validation

High performance pad printing silicone starts with high purity raw materials. Our laboratory tests every incoming shipment of silicone polymer for viscosity and purity. Only approved materials enter production. This first gate prevents off spec ingredients from reaching the mixing stage.

Step Two Vacuum Compounding

Inside temperature controlled vacuum kneaders, base polymer blends with reinforcing fillers and crosslinkers. Running under vacuum removes trapped air and moisture that would weaken the cured pad. Operators follow precise recipes and timing to hit target hardness and viscosity.

Step Three Color Uniformity

Pad printing silicone needs a clean white appearance. Color paste is metered in exact amounts to maintain consistent shade across batches. A second degassing cycle follows to polish the material smooth.

Step Four Curing Agent Precision

The curing agent controls how fast your pad cures and how strong it becomes. We prepare it on a dedicated line with strict weighing tolerances. Small variations in curing agent concentration can mean the difference between a perfect pad and a brittle one.

Step Five Batch Testing

Every lot is sampled and tested for hardness, viscosity, tensile strength, tear strength and elongation. Results are recorded and attached as COA documentation. Only passing lots get packed and shipped.
