Different from silicone products that rely on lubricant coating for noise reduction, the noise reduction capability of this product comes from bulk molecular modification. It delivers better friction durability and will not lose silent effect rapidly with surface abrasion. In thousands of cycles of reciprocating joint motion tests, the silicone contact surface maintains low-noise sliding performance, meeting the demand for long-time continuous demonstration of commercial robots. The hardness ranges from 0A to 30A for flexible adjustment. Matching hardness grades can be selected for facial skin, soft fingertip skin and joint skin, and various simulated skin colors are customizable.

It has excellent molding compatibility. Moderate fluidity fits vacuum pouring for integrated forming, and also supports manual brush coating for ultra-thin bionic skin. The material can closely attach to complex curved structures of robots and reduce defects such as bubbles and wrinkles. Adopting platinum addition curing system, the formula contains few harmful substances and is safe for direct human-robot contact. Apart from robot skin silicone, Hong Ye Jie provides a full range of supporting materials including silicone rubber, RTV silicone and Foam Silicone to satisfy material demands of bionic projects in one stop.
