Manufacturers can collect rejected parts and production scrap to reproduce raw silicone pellets, cutting waste and lowering carbon footprint. It meets global carbon audit requirements for EU and US electronics brands. Early trials show stable mechanical performance after 5 recycling cycles. It will gradually replace regular LSR in wearable button covers, speaker gaskets and protective sleeves in 2027.
