The material is a two-part, platinum-cured addition-curing silicone with a tunable expansion ratio from 2x to 7x volume. After mixing, it pours into the mold or cavity and chemically foams, curing in place into a soft, ultra-lightweight cellular core with uniform micropores, low linear shrinkage and reliable rebound. Non-toxic, non-corrosive and chemically inert, it stays flexible from -65C to 200C and resists migration and settlement.

For manufacturers, the advantages are practical: robot and figure bodies gain a light, even core that does not shift over time; chest and shoulder pads, insoles and fitness equipment get soft, durable cushioning; and density can be tuned per product because the foam is poured in place rather than pre-cut. Hardness, density and packaging are customizable with pre-production samples approved before mass production.
