How to Use
1. Mix Part A and Part B evenly with the correct ratio: Use an electronic scale for accurate weighing (e.g., 100:10). Avoid excessive catalyst, which will shorten operation time; insufficient mixing will cause partial solidification, reducing pad life and wasting silicone.
2. Vacuum pumping (optional but recommended): Pump for less than 10 minutes to discharge all air bubbles, ensuring bubble-free finished pads. Over-pumping will cause cross-linking reaction, making subsequent steps impossible.
3. Pouring: Pour the mixed silicone into the pad mold slowly.
4. Demolding & curing: Demold after full curing, then set the silicone pad aside for another 12 hours before printing for optimal performance.
