How to Use (Step-by-Step)
Mold preparation: Clean the pad printing head mold with dish soap, dry or blow dry the water in the mold completely, and apply a layer of release agent evenly to facilitate demolding.
Material mixing ratio: Adjust the ratio of ceramic pad printing silicone and silicone oil according to the required hardness (15A° is recommended for small patterns/small contact areas: 100g silicone + 30g silicone oil; more silicone oil can be added for soft rubber heads with large contact areas, and the ratio can be 100:30 to 100:50).
Curing agent addition: After fully stirring the silicone rubber and silicone oil for 2-3 minutes, add 2%-3% curing agent of the total weight of the mixture, and stir evenly again.
Defoaming treatment: Put the evenly stirred colloid into a vacuum machine for defoaming, and the defoaming time shall not exceed 10 minutes to avoid premature curing of the colloid affecting the molding quality.
Molding & curing: Pour the defoamed colloid into the mold, and cure it at room temperature. The curing speed can be adjusted according to the production needs by changing the amount of curing agent.
