HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam ) is a high tear strength tensile core product, specially developed for high-stress, tensile and tear-prone scenarios. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with tear-resistant fillers and tensile modifiers, featuring ultra-high tear strength, high tensile strength, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and mechanical stability. It has a tear strength of ≥15 kN/m and tensile strength of ≥2.5 MPa, can withstand high stress and tensile force, no tearing or breakage, effectively solving the problem of traditional foaming materials’ poor tear resistance in high-stress scenarios. Compatible with most of our industrial and mechanical products, it is ideal for high-stress components, tear-resistant buffers and tensile scenarios.

How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting tear strength and tensile performance).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure tear strength uniformity and closed-cell structure).
3. Pour the mixture into high-stress component mold (paired with industrial mold silicone rubber), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating for better mechanical performance.
4. After full curing, the product has excellent tear strength and tensile performance, ready for use in high-stress and tear-prone scenarios.
