HONG YE SILICONE Industrial Grade Low Shrinkage Pad Printing Silicone is two-component RTV 2 liquid silicone specially developed for factory bulk pad printing production. How to Use

  1. Wipe the pad head mold completely clean, evenly brush release agent and place the mold on a flat and balanced platform.
  2. Mix pad printing silicone and silicone oil in fixed proportion, add curing agent and stir the mixture sufficiently.
  3. Slowly pour well-stirred Liquid Pad Printing Silicone into the mold to avoid air bubbles.
  4. Cover the mold with a flat wooden board, and demold the pad printing pad after 3 to 4 hours of curing.
  5. Select proper pad hardness and size: use softer pads for large bold patterns, and elastic small pads for tiny delicate textures to prevent pattern distortion.
