How to Use (Step-by-Step)
1. Mix Components: Combine Part A and Part B in a 1:1 weight ratio, stirring thoroughly for 2~3 minutes until uniform and streak-free.
2. Vacuum Degassing: Place the mixed silicone in a vacuum chamber for 2~5 minutes to remove air bubbles (adjust time based on viscosity and vacuum strength).
3. Pour & Fill: Slowly pour the degassed silicone into the master mold, ensuring full coverage of all details.
4. Cure: Cure at room temperature (4~5 hours) or heat at 80~120℃ for accelerated curing (tens of minutes) until fully set.
5. Demold & Clean: Gently demold the silicone mold, clean it thoroughly before use; store unused silicone sealed indoors.
