How to Use (Step-by-Step)
1. Component Mixing: Combine Part A and Part B in a 1:1 weight ratio, stirring thoroughly for 2~3 minutes until the mixture is uniform and free of streaks or air bubbles.
2. Vacuum Degassing: Place the mixed silicone in a vacuum chamber for 2~5 minutes to remove air bubbles; adjust the time according to silicone viscosity, weight, and vacuum strength to avoid mold defects.
3. Pouring & Filling: Slowly pour the degassed silicone into the master mold, ensuring full coverage of all details and contours.
4. Curing: Cure at room temperature (4~5 hours) or heat at 80~120℃ for accelerated curing (tens of minutes) until fully set and elastic.
5. Demold & Storage: Gently demold the silicone mold for use; store unused silicone in a sealed container indoors, away from sunlight and rain.
