Appearance: Liquid; A/B Mixing Ratio: 1:1; Viscosity (CS): 3500±1500; Hardness (A°): 15±2; Tensile Strength: 8 MPa; Tear Strength: 28 kN/m; Elongation: 470%; Linear Shrinkage: ≤0.1%; Pot Life (25℃): 30120 mins; Curing Time (25℃): 25 hours (rapid curing at 80120℃).

Usage Steps

Step 1:Clean all tools thoroughly (no contact with condensation silicone residues to avoid curing failure).



Step 2:Mix A/B components in a strict 1:1 ratio and stir evenly without adding untested pigments/powders.



Step 3:Perform vacuum degassing on the mixed silicone to remove air bubbles for smooth finished products.



Step4:Pour the degassed silicone into the mold; cure at room temperature (25h) or heat to 80120℃ for rapid curing.



Step5:Demold after full curing and finish the product; adjust parameters according to customized requirements.


