HONG YE SILICONE Electronic Potting Compound (flame-retardant silicone) is a professional Silicone Encapsulant designed for oil drilling equipment. As a two-component Addition Curing Silicone with 1:1 mixing ratio, it cures without heat release, corrosion or high shrinkage. Product Overview

Our Electronic Potting Compound, also called Silicone Potting Compound or Flame-Retardant Silicone, is a high-performance two-component liquid silicone specially developed for oil drilling equipment. With A:B=1:1 weight ratio, it cures into a stable elastomer after mixing, providing comprehensive sealing and protection for electronic components in oil drilling systems. How to Use

1. Fully stir A and B components separately in their own containers before mixing. 2. Mix A and B in a 1:1 weight ratio, ensuring uniform stirring. 3. Degas the mixed silicone at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes after mixing. 4. Cure at room temperature or by heating; low temperature in winter can properly heat to accelerate curing.
