This two-component Electronic Potting Compound (Model HY-9320) has Part A and Part B both as colorless transparent liquid, each with a viscosity of 500±100 mPa.s. It adopts a 1:1 weight mixing ratio. Cured, it has a Shore A hardness of 20±3, refractive index of 1.41, transmittance of 95% (2mm at 450nm), volume resistivity of 1.0×1015 Ω.cm, and coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of 280 ppm/℃. All parameters, including hardness, viscosity and operation time, can be customized to meet the requirements of solar junction boxes.

How to Use
1. Mix Part A and Part B in a dry container, stir thoroughly, then let it stand to defoam or remove bubbles by vacuum. 2. Clean the solar junction box components to be encapsulated, dry them completely (ensure the internal components are dry before encapsulation), then pour the mixed glue to fully infiltrate the components. 3. Place the encapsulated solar junction box into an oven for curing; the curing speed can be adjusted by changing the temperature to adapt to different production processes.
