Product Overview
Our Electronic Potting Compound is specially developed for Acoustic Levitation Controls, dedicated to encapsulating, sealing, insulating and fixing its core electronic modules, acoustic transducers, signal control boards and PCB substrates. As a leading manufacturer of liquid silicone and addition curing silicone, we optimize the formula for acoustic levitation scenarios, enhancing low vibration absorption and high stability to adapt to the high-precision, low-noise requirements of acoustic levitation systems. Compared with epoxy potting resin, it has low viscosity, fast room-temperature curing, excellent adhesion to various materials, no exotherm during curing, and effectively reduces vibration interference, ensuring long-term reliable operation of acoustic levitation equipment and reducing maintenance costs.
Key Features & Advantages
- Low Viscosity & Fast Room-Temperature Curing: Low viscosity (3000±500 mPa·s), good fluidity, able to penetrate tiny gaps of acoustic levitation components; fast room-temperature deep curing, basic curing in 3-5 hours and full curing in 12-24 hours, greatly improving production efficiency.
- Excellent Vibration Absorption & Stability: Flexible cured texture, effectively absorbing vibration generated by acoustic levitation transducers, reducing signal interference, ensuring stable levitation performance and high precision of controlled objects.
- Superior Insulation & Flame Retardancy: High volume resistivity (≥1.0×10¹⁶ Ω·cm), excellent dielectric strength (≥25 kV/mm), isolating external electromagnetic interference; flame retardancy meets UL94-V1 standard, ensuring safe operation of electronic modules.
- Strong Adhesion & Material Compatibility: Excellent adhesion to PC, PP, ABS, PVC and various metals, ensuring tight sealing and firm fixing of components, adapting to diverse material surfaces of acoustic levitation equipment.
- Customizability & Compliance: As a professional Silicone Potting Compound manufacturer, we customize hardness (55±5 Shore A), viscosity, operation time (30-120 minutes) and curing speed; fully complies with EU RoHS directive, meeting global environmental standards.
How to Use
- Pre-Mix Preparation: Thoroughly stir Component A to evenly distribute settled fillers, and shake Component B vigorously to ensure uniformity, avoiding stratification that affects adhesion and curing effect.
- Precision Mixing: Strictly follow the 1:1 weight ratio of Component A to Component B, stirring slowly and evenly to ensure full integration without air bubbles that affect sealing and vibration absorption.
- Degassing: After mixing, place the adhesive in a vacuum container at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes to eliminate air bubbles, ensuring full penetration into tiny gaps of acoustic levitation components.
- Curing: Pour the degassed mixture into component housings; cure at room temperature, enter the next process after basic curing (3-5 hours), and ensure 12-24 hours of full curing. Note: Environment temperature and humidity significantly affect curing speed.
