HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam) is a high temperature resistant thermal insulation core product, specially developed for high-temperature, thermal-insulation and high-heat insulation scenarios. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with high-temperature resistant additives and thermal insulation fillers, featuring ultra-high temperature resistance, effective thermal insulation, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and high-temperature stability. It can be used long-term at 250℃ and short-term at 300℃, low thermal conductivity, effectively isolating high temperature and reducing heat transfer, solving the problem of traditional foaming materials’ poor high temperature resistance and thermal insulation. How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting high temperature and thermal insulation performance).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure high temperature stability and thermal insulation structure).
3. Pour the mixture into high-temperature component mold (paired with high-temperature insulation silicone), foam and cure at heated (100℃, 1h) for better high-temperature performance.
4. After full curing, the product can be used long-term at 250℃, with excellent thermal insulation, ready for use in high-temperature and thermal-insulation scenarios.
