HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam ) is a flame-retardant smoke-suppressant core product, specially developed for flame-retardant, low-smoke and fire-safe scenarios. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with flame-retardant and smoke-suppressant additives, featuring UL94 V-0 grade flame retardancy, low smoke density, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and flame-retardant stability. It is non-combustible, self-extinguishing within 10 seconds, smoke density ≤50, effectively inhibiting flame spread and smoke generation, solving the problem of traditional foaming materials’ flammability and heavy smoke in fire scenarios. Compatible with most of our high-temperature and industrial products, it is ideal for flame-retardant components, fire-safe buffers and low-smoke scenarios.

How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting flame-retardant and smoke-suppressant performance).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure flame-retardant uniformity and closed-cell structure).
3. Pour the mixture into flame-retardant component mold (paired with high-temperature insulation silicone), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating.
4. After full curing, the product has UL94 V-0 flame retardancy and low smoke emission, ready for use in flame-retardant and low-smoke scenarios.
