HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam ) is an oil-resistant grease-resistant core product, specially developed for oil-exposed, grease-prone and industrial oil environments. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with oil-resistant additives and grease inhibitors, featuring strong oil resistance, grease resistance, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and oil stability. It has an oil absorption rate of ≤1% after 72h immersion in industrial oil, no swelling, no performance degradation, can withstand long-term oil and grease exposure, effectively solving the problem of traditional foaming materials’ easy swelling in oil scenarios. How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting oil resistance and grease resistance).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure oil resistance uniformity and closed-cell structure).
3. Pour the mixture into oil-resistant component mold (paired with industrial mold silicone rubber), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating.
4. After full curing, the product has excellent oil resistance and grease resistance, ready for use in oil-exposed and grease-prone scenarios.
