HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam) is a high-pressure-resistant pressure adaptation core product, specially developed for high-pressure equipment, pressure vessels and high-pressure environments. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with pressure-resistant fillers and structural modifiers, featuring ultra-strong pressure resistance, pressure adaptation, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and pressure stability. It has a pressure resistance of ≥10 MPa, no deformation, no rupture under high pressure, effectively adapting to high-pressure environments, solving the problem of traditional foaming materials’ easy deformation in high-pressure scenarios. Compatible with most of our high-pressure and aerospace products, it is ideal for high-pressure components, pressure-resistant buffers and high-pressure scenarios.

How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting pressure resistance and pressure adaptation).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure pressure resistance uniformity and closed-cell structure, avoid pore collapse under pressure).
3. Pour the mixture into high-pressure component mold (paired with high-precision mold silicone), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating (heating helps enhance pressure stability).
4. After full curing, the product has excellent pressure resistance, ready for use in high-pressure equipment and high-pressure scenarios.
