HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam ) is a flame-retardant UL94 V-0 core product, specially developed for fire-retardant equipment, electrical enclosures and flame-retardant scenarios. How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting flame retardancy and fireproof performance).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure uniform flame retardancy and closed-cell structure, no flame penetration).
3. Pour the mixture into flame-retardant component mold (paired with high-precision mold silicone), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating (heating helps enhance flame-retardant stability).
4. After full curing, test flame retardancy (UL94 V-0, self-extinguishing time ≤3s) to confirm qualification, then use in flame-retardant and fireproof scenarios.
