Low-density ultra-light liquid Silicone Foam is a upgraded two-component RTV2 silicone foam developed for lightweight manufacturing demands. Made of high-purity Addition Curing Silicone raw materials, it forms fine and uniform closed-cell structure through controllable chemical foaming. Different from ordinary Foamed Silicone rubber, this product realizes ultra-light weight while retaining complete elasticity and soft hand feel, without collapse, shrinkage or density unevenness. How to Use

1. Stir component A and B separately to eliminate material precipitation after long storage.

2. Mix A and B raw materials at standard 1:1 ratio and stir fully for 2-3 minutes.

3. Conduct vacuum defoaming to remove internal air bubbles to ensure uniform foaming.

4. Pour into molds and adopt room temperature or heating curing to finish molding.
