Featuring ultra-light texture and zero shrinkage deformation, this eco-friendly Silicone Foam delivers stable soft elasticity across wide temperature ranges. Compatible with Mold Making Silicone, Human Body Silicone and robot silicone, it is perfect for lightweight filling, flexible cushioning and low-density industrial molding projects.

Product Overview

High expansion ultra-light liquid silicone foam is an upgraded RTV2 Foamed Silicone rubber designed for lightweight manufacturing demands. Formulated with high-purity platinum curing materials, this flowable A/B two-part liquid silicone achieves uniform chemical foaming without hollowing or uneven density. It breaks the thickness limitation of traditional rubber materials, featuring ultra-light weight, delicate hand feel and excellent structural stability. 4. Cure via room temperature or heating mode to obtain ultra-light Foam Silicone products.
