HongYe silicone rubber.Thermal insulation heat barrier liquid silicone foam is a porous closed-cell Addition Curing Silicone foam with ultra-low thermal conductivity. It effectively blocks heat transfer and maintains constant internal temperature, featuring lightweight structure and stable heat insulation performance. Eco-friendly and flame retardant, it matches Mold Making Silicone, Electronic Potting Compound and Liquid Tank Silicone, widely used for equipment heat insulation and thermal barrier protection.
 
Product Overview
Thermal insulation liquid Silicone Foam is a functional two-component RTV2 Foamed Silicone rubber customized for heat preservation and heat isolation scenarios. Its uniform fine closed-cell structure locks static air, forming an efficient thermal barrier layer with excellent heat insulation performance. Different from ordinary foam materials with poor thermal resistance, this product maintains stable heat insulation effect at -65℃ to 200℃, avoiding heat loss and heat conduction damage. With low shrinkage, high resilience and safe inert properties, it can be perfectly matched with Industrial mold silicone rubber and Pad Printing Silicone, serving as ideal thermal insulation filler for electrical, mechanical and new energy equipment.

Usage Steps

4. Cure and mold at room temperature or heating condition to finish production.
