This precision foaming silicone rubber is an upgraded two-component RTV2 Silicone Foam optimized for high-tolerance product manufacturing. Solving the industry pain point of ordinary foam’s large shrinkage and easy warping, it achieves ultra-low shrinkage rate and high structural stability. The flowable A/B liquid material is free from product thickness limitation, with simple 1:1 mixing operation. It maintains stable size and elasticity in temperature alternating environments, with excellent chemical inertness, suitable for precision industrial accessories and customized prototype product production.
