HongYe silicone rubber .Waterproof sealing closed-cell Silicone Foam is a two-component addition curing RTV Silicone Foam with dense closed pore structure. It delivers excellent waterproof, dustproof and airtight sealing performance, resisting moisture and particle penetration. Flexible and low-shrinkage, it features wide temperature resistance and eco-friendly properties. Compatible with Mold Making Silicone and Electronic Potting Compound, it is ideal for equipment gap sealing and waterproof protection.

Product Overview

This waterproof closed-cell liquid silicone foam is a platinum-cured two-part Foaming Silicone Rubber, formed by chemical foaming and heating vulcanization of flowable A/B components. Different from open-cell foam that easily absorbs water and dust, its compact closed-cell structure achieves full isolation of moisture, dust and humid air. It has no thickness limitation for molding, simple operation, soft and elastic texture, and no atrophy or migration after long-term compression. With stable performance from -65℃ to 200℃ and high chemical inertness, it matches Industrial mold silicone rubber for various waterproof sealing accessories manufacturing.
