It resists tearing, stretching and structural damage during cutting and installation, retaining intact foam structure. Tough and elastic, eco-friendly and temperature-resistant, it pairs with Pad Printing Silicone and robot silicone, ideal for deep processing and installation-intensive products.

Product Overview

This tear-resistant liquid silicone foam is a high-toughness modified two-component RTV2 Foaming Silicone Rubber. Ordinary Foam Silicone is prone to crack and tear during cutting, trimming and installation, while this upgraded formula strengthens molecular cross-linking structure, greatly improving tensile and tear resistance. It maintains uniform foaming, low shrinkage and soft resilience, not easy to break or peel off during deep processing. With wide temperature adaptability and chemical inertness, it is perfectly compatible with Mold Making Silicone for mass production of durable foam accessories.
