HongYe silicone rubber.Mildew resistant Silicone Foam is a hygienic two-component addition curing foamed rubber for humid and damp environments. With built-in mildew-proof formula, it inhibits mold and bacteria growth effectively, without mildew or peculiar smell after long-term use. It owns low shrinkage, high resilience and wide temperature resistance. Compatible with Food grade mold silicone and Human Body Silicone, it is perfect for bathroom, kitchen and wet area soft products.

Product Overview

This mildew-resistant liquid Foamed Silicone is a two-part heating vulcanized material. After mixing A and B fluid raw materials, it turns into dense foam via chemical foaming reaction. Targeting humid environments, it adds high-efficiency mildew-proof ingredients on the basis of original silicone performance. The closed-cell structure prevents moisture absorption, so it will not breed mold or produce odor in long-term damp conditions. It is soft, elastic and easy to process, and can be combined with various hygienic silicone materials to make daily and sanitary products.

Usage Steps

Stir A and B materials separately to eliminate uneven material distribution.

Mix at 1:1 ratio and stir thoroughly for 2 to 3 minutes.

Do vacuum defoaming treatment and use the mixture immediately.

Complete heating curing to get mildew resistant foam products.
