Open-cell breathable Silicone Foam is a two-part addition curing foam material with interconnected pore structure. It features superior air permeability and moisture dissipation while retaining soft cushioning performance. Low density, flexible and temperature resistant, it is non-toxic and skin-friendly. Compatible with Human Body Silicone and Mold Making Silicone, it is widely used for breathable cushions, wearable accessories and moisture-proof daily products.

Product Overview

This open-cell liquid silicone foam adopts a special foaming process to form continuous interconnected pores, totally different from traditional closed-cell foam. Air and moisture can circulate freely inside the material, effectively solving stuffiness and moisture accumulation issues. The A/B components mix at 1:1 ratio for easy operation, and the finished foam is lightweight with good resilience and low shrinkage. It maintains stable physical properties across a wide temperature range, and has excellent chemical inertness. It can be combined with various silicone materials to produce breathable soft parts for daily use and wearable devices.

Usage Steps

Stir A and B components separately to eliminate material stratification.

Blend the two materials at 1:1 ratio and stir thoroughly for 2–3 minutes.
