HongYe silicone rubber.Low smoke density flame retardant Silicone Foam is fire-proof grade addition curing foam for public facilities and electrical fields. It suppresses flame spread and produces very little smoke when burning, with no toxic gas release. It owns stable insulation and sealing performance, temperature resistant and anti-aging. Compatible with Electronic Potting Compound, it is ideal for fire safety protection of buildings, electrics and public equipment.

This fire-rated liquid Foamed Silicone is developed for high fire safety requirements. Adopting environmental flame retardant formula, it can self-extinguish quickly after leaving fire source, and features ultra-low smoke density during combustion without toxic fume. The closed-cell structure provides excellent insulation, sealing and buffering performance. It works stably in high and low temperature environments, resists aging and moisture erosion. As a high-safety fireproof material, it is widely matched with electronic Potting Compound for fire prevention and protection in various public and industrial places.

Usage Steps

Stir A and B components separately to ensure raw material uniformity.

Mix at 1:1 ratio and stir evenly for 2–3 minutes.
