Liquid foamed silicone, also known as Silicone Sponge and Foaming Silicone Rubber, is a Platinum cured mold silicone with flowable liquid A/B two-component formula. Step-by-Step Usage Instructions

1. Pre-stirring: Fully stir A and B component liquid silicone separately to eliminate storage-induced material stratification.

2. Proportional mixing: Mix A/B components at standard 1:1 ratio and stir evenly for 2–3 minutes for full fusion.

3. Vacuum treatment: Perform vacuum defoaming on mixed glue and use promptly to avoid condensation affecting production.
