This RTV Silicone Foam features ultra-low linear shrinkage, uniform cell structure and stable rebound performance. Free from thickness limitation, this liquid foamed silicone is eco-friendly, high temperature resistant and deformation-proof. It is widely used for manufacturing industrial gaskets, sealing strips and foam boards, helping factories reduce defective rates and improve sealing stability for long-term equipment operation.

This industrial-grade Foaming Silicone Rubber belongs to Platinum cured mold silicone and Addition Curing Silicone series. It is composed of flowable A and B liquid components, forming uniform Foam Silicone after heating vulcanization and chemical foaming. 3. Vacuum defoaming: Remove air bubbles via vacuum processing and use the mixed liquid quickly to avoid premature condensation.
