Low Density Lightweight Liquid Foamed Silicone is dual-component Platinum cured mold silicone based foaming raw material, classified as Additive-type Foaming Silicone Rubber different from common Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber. Raw A/B two parts are flowable liquid silicone, after proportion mixing & heating vulcanization to complete chemical foaming, no finished product thickness limitation. Step-by-Step Usage Instructions
Pre-stirring: Stir component A and B separately to eliminate stored sediment and uneven distribution.
Proportion blending: Standard 1:1 weight ratio mixing, continuously stir 2~3min to realize full homogeneity.
Vacuum defoaming: Vacuum exhaust after mixing, feed into mold rapidly to avoid early glue condensation.
Thermal foaming: Put filled mould under constant temperature for curing and full foaming shaping.
