Product Overview

Developed for printing industry, this liquid foamed silicone is a two-component RTV2 foaming material. After A/B mixing and foaming, it forms elastic foam with uniform pores and moderate hardness. It perfectly matches pad printing silicone to make printing roller sponge tubes, equipment buffer and shock-absorbing parts. It resists repeated compression and friction, without permanent deformation or wear damage. With stable size and wide temperature adaptability, it simplifies production operation and reduces defective products in printing process.
