HongYe silicone rubber.Low compression set Silicone Foam is a high-stability addition curing foamed rubber for long-term compression working conditions. It barely keeps permanent deformation after long-time extrusion, maintaining original thickness and elasticity. With uniform foaming, low shrinkage and wide temperature resistance, it matches Industrial mold silicone rubber. It is the ideal material for fixed sealing, long-term buffer and gap filling parts.

Product Overview

This low compression set liquid Foamed Silicone is an upgraded two-component RTV2 silicone foam. Optimized molecular structure effectively reduces compression set value, solving the common problem that ordinary foam becomes thin and loses elasticity after long-term pressure. It is made of flowable A and B components, easy to mix and mold without thickness limitation. The finished foam has stable size, uniform pores and outstanding chemical inertness. It can work with various industrial silicone materials to produce long-service sealing and buffer parts for mechanical and electronic fields.
