It resists UV radiation, rain erosion and temperature cycling without cracking or fading. With stable sealing and buffering performance, it matches Liquid Tank Silicone and Industrial mold silicone rubber, ideal for outdoor engineering and new energy equipment protection.

Product Overview

This outdoor special silicone foam is a two-component addition curing foamed silicone rubber with upgraded anti-UV and anti-oxidation formulas. It overcomes the defects of ordinary Foam Silicone such as easy aging, hardening and cracking under long-term outdoor exposure. After heating foaming and vulcanization, it forms dense closed-cell structure, maintaining stable elasticity, sealing and shock absorption in all-weather conditions. With low shrinkage and strong chemical inertness, it is widely used for long-life outdoor industrial accessories and engineering sealing parts.
