HongYe silicone rubber.Pipeline Insulation Foamed Silicone is high-performance RTV liquid silicone foam with closed-cell structure, foaming ratio between 2 and 7 times. It owns outstanding heat preservation, cold protection and waterproof performance, working stably in -65℃ to 200℃ environment. Matched with Liquid Tank Sealant, it is widely used for industrial pipeline insulation sleeves, pipe joint gaskets and heating pipeline protective layers, reducing energy loss and pipeline maintenance costs for industrial clients.

This pipeline insulation foamed silicone belongs to Addition Curing Silicone series. After vulcanization and foaming, the dense closed-cell structure brings excellent thermal insulation effect. It is widely used together with Filter Potting Silicone in fluid delivery systems, superior to traditional insulation materials for its longer service life and stronger environmental adaptability.

Heating foaming: Cure under constant temperature to form finished insulation foam.
