HongYe silicone rubber.Refrigeration & Cold Storage Foamed Silicone is two-part addition curing RTV Silicone Foam with adjustable foaming ratio from 2 to 7 times. It features excellent low-temperature resistance, airtight sealing and anti-condensation performance, remaining flexible at ultra-low temperature. Cooperating with Liquid Tank Adhesive, it is widely used for cold storage door gaskets, refrigerator sealing strips and refrigeration equipment insulation layers. It effectively prevents cold air leakage and frost formation, cutting energy consumption for refrigeration industry manufacturers.

This cold-resistant liquid foamed silicone belongs to Foaming Silicone Rubber series, different from common Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber. The flowable A/B components form uniform closed-cell Silicone Sponge after heating vulcanization and chemical foaming. It has no limitation on product thickness, easy for continuous mass production, and serves as a key supporting material for Rapid prototyping silicone in refrigeration accessory production.

Vacuum defoaming: Remove air bubbles and use mixed materials quickly to avoid premature coagulation.

Heating curing: Place in constant temperature environment to complete foaming and shaping.

It is used for cold storage door sealing gaskets, household refrigerator foamed strips, freezer insulation cushions and refrigerated truck compartment sealing parts.
