Product Overview

High-ratio ultra-light liquid Foamed Silicone (Foamed Silicone) is a low-density silicone foaming material developed by HONG YE JIE for lightweight sealing, thermal insulation and cushioning, soft filling and weight-reduction design. Based on a two-component platinum addition-curing system, Part A and Part B liquid silicone are mixed at a 1:1 weight ratio, then undergo heat-induced chemical foaming and crosslinking to form a Silicone Foam body with uniform cells and a soft, light texture. The foaming ratio is adjustable from 2x to 10x by grade, and the cured density is as low as 0.105–0.525 g/cm3 — significantly reducing part weight while maintaining soft elasticity and reliable sealing — suitable for automotive, electronics, sports protection, home soft goods and precision assembly applications. 4. Complete casting or shaping promptly, then heat-cure and foam.
5. After cooling, cut, die-cut or assemble as required.
