Our F664 liquid silicone Foam is a premium liquid silicone developed for manufacturing soft, lightweight Silicone Foam parts of any thickness. As a professional manufacturer of Mold Making Silicone, RTV-2 silicone and Silicone raw materials, we engineered the formula around the realities of foam production — even cell structure, easy pouring, long-lasting softness and stable dimensions. Unlike ordinary foaming materials, this platinum-cured foam does not migrate or shrink after curing, keeps its elastic rebound cycle after cycle, and cures in place without complex equipment. It helps procurement partners turn out consistent, lightweight seals and cushions while lowering material waste and unit cost.
Key Features & Advantages
Tunable High Expansion: Foams from 2x up to 7x its original volume, letting you dial in the exact density for a seal, cushion or filling — high yield per kilogram of raw material.
Even Cells, Stable Dimensions: Uniform micropores, low linear shrinkage and dependable compression rebound produce parts that stay true to size and feel, with no migration or after-molding shrinkage.
Soft, Lightweight and Skin-Friendly: Cures to a soft, ultra-light cellular foam with a pleasant hand feel, comfortable for cushions, insoles and close-contact soft goods.
Wide Temperature Range and Safety: Remains flexible from -65℃ to 200℃; heat and cold resistant, electrically insulating and flame-retardant; non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-radioactive and chemically inert.
Simple Process and Customizable: Straightforward 1:1 A/B mixing, no special machinery; hardness, density and packaging are adjustable, with Addition Curing Silicone chemistry for precision and repeatability.
How to Use (Step-by-Step Guide)
Preparation: Stir Part A and Part B separately and thoroughly before use to re-blend any settled components.
Mixing: Combine Part A and Part B at a 1:1 weight ratio and stir slowly and evenly for 2–3 minutes until fully homogeneous.
Degassing and Pouring: Vacuum-degas the mixed compound and use it promptly to prevent premature foaming or trapped air; pour into the mold or cavity.
Curing and Handling: Allow the material to cure and expand in place. Keep it away from direct sunlight and high-temperature baking, and avoid contact with nitrogen, sulfur, phosphorus, tin, lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, PBB, PBDE and water. Store sealed in a cool, dry place.
Application Scenarios
This liquid Foam Silicone rubber is widely used for seals, gaskets, weather strips, foam boards, silicone foam tubes and copier/printer roller sponge; for insoles, sofa and mattress cushions, and automotive headrests, gear covers and seat cushions; for chest and shoulder pads, elderly fitness equipment, pregnancy back supports and children's pillows; and as soft filling for silicone robots and dolls. It enables procurement partners to make lightweight, comfortable and durable silicone parts, reduce production waste and strengthen competitiveness.

Certifications & Compliance
Our Liquid Silicone Foam meets international standards: ISO 9001 (strict quality control), UL and CE Certification, satisfying global sealing, cushioning and foam industry requirements and trusted by silicone parts manufacturers and procurement partners worldwide.
Customization Options
We offer foam-specific customization: adjust hardness, density and packaging to your part; select the expansion ratio from 2x to 7x; tune pore uniformity and rebound for seals, cushions or filling; and scale seamlessly from sampling to mass production.
Production Process & Quality Control
We follow a strict 5-step quality control process: high-purity silicone raw materials screening, precision automated mixing, performance testing (expansion ratio, pore uniformity, shrinkage, rebound, temperature resistance), curing verification and sealed packaging. With 20 production lines, we ensure stable global supply; the product is non-hazardous and moves as general cargo.
FAQ
Q: What is the correct mixing ratio?
A: Mix Part A and Part B at 1:1, stir for 2–3 minutes, vacuum-degas and use right away.
Q: How large can the expansion be?
A: Adjustable from 2x to 7x volume, tuned to the density and softness your part requires.
Q: What is the service temperature?
A: Long-term use from -65℃ to 200℃, with stable soft elasticity and heat/cold resistance.
Q: What should the material avoid?
A: Keep it away from nitrogen, sulfur and phosphorus compounds, heavy metals (tin, lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium), PBB, PBDE and water; avoid direct sun and high-temperature baking.
Q: Is it safe and easy to ship?
A: Yes — non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-radioactive and chemically inert; shipped as non-dangerous goods.
