Product Overview

High-rebound low compression-set liquid Foamed Silicone (Foamed Silicone) is a fatigue-resistant silicone foaming material developed by HONG YE JIE for long-term cyclic compression, frequent opening and closing, and continuous cushioning applications. Based on a two-component platinum addition-curing system, Part A and Part B liquid silicone are mixed at a 1:1 weight ratio, then undergo heat-induced chemical foaming and crosslinking to form a Silicone Foam body with uniform cells, soft texture and stable rebound. The foaming ratio is adjustable from 2x to 7x by grade, with cured density as low as 0.105–0.525 g/cm3; the material features low linear shrinkage and low compression set, recovering its original shape after repeated compression — ideal for seals, cushioning pads and damping parts in long-term cyclic use. How to Use

4. Complete casting or shaping promptly, then heat-cure and foam.
5. After cooling, cut, die-cut or assemble as required.
