Our Advanced Human Body Silicone is a high-quality Addition Curing Silicone (Platinum cured mold silicone), also known as Skin Like Silicone and Life Casting Silicone. It is non-toxic, odorless, food-grade and FDA-certified, with soft touch, excellent elasticity and low shrinkage (≤0.1%). Suitable for realistic human models, prosthetics, masks and more, it supports room-temperature or heated curing, easy operation and customization, meeting international standards for industrial and medical-related applications.

Product Overview

HONG YE SILICONE’s Advanced Human Body Silicone is an eco-friendly, non-toxic addition curing silicone, commonly called realistic human silicone, solid silicone or flesh-colored silicone due to its skin-matching tone. Composed of two flowable components (A and B), it can cure at room temperature or be rapidly cured by heating. After vulcanization, it becomes a soft, elastic material with excellent durability, non-deformation and skin-like touch, making it an ideal choice for various realistic flexible silicone products.

Curing Type: Addition curing silicone (platinum cured); Component Ratio: A:B = 1:1 (by weight); Color: Colorless or skin tone; Shrinkage Rate: ≤0.1%; Operating Temperature Range: -65℃ to 200℃; Operating Time: About 30 minutes (varies by temperature); Curing Time: 2-3 hours (room temperature), tens of minutes at 80-120℃; Certification: FDA food grade; Storage Period: 1 year (sealed, away from acid, alkali and impurities).

How to Use

Step 1: Mix component A and component B evenly at a ratio of 1:1. Step 2: Perform vacuum defoaming on the mixed liquid silicone. Step 3: Pour the defoamed silicone into the mold. Step 4: Cure at room temperature for 2-3 hours, or heat at 80-120℃ for tens of minutes to speed up curing. Step 5: Demold after full curing; color can be adjusted according to customer needs.

A2: Do not add any color or powder randomly before testing, to prevent catalyst reaction and non-curing. Q3: What if the component ratio is incorrect? A3: Incorrect ratio will lead to changes in hardness, so please strictly follow the 1:1 ratio. Q4: What substances will affect curing? A4: Water, impurities, organotin catalysts, acids, alkalis and other sulfur, phosphorus, nitrogen-containing organics will affect curing, so avoid mixing or contacting them. Q5: How to store the product? A5: Store in a sealed container, away from acid, alkali and impurities, with a shelf life of 1 year.
