HONG YE SILICONE’s Biocompatible Silicone for Human Body Reconstruction is a high-quality Platinum cured mold silicone, mainly used in producing silicone breast pads. It is also an ideal material for silicone nipple covers, silicone bras, and skin-like silicone. Thanks to its soft texture and buffer function, this liquid silicone can also be made into silicone pillow pads, shoulder pads, foot pads and medical gaskets, widely meeting the needs of different application scenarios. How to Use

1. Before mixing, fully stir component A and component B separately in their own containers until uniform.
2. Mix component A and component B in a weight ratio of 1:1 strictly.
3. Defoaming can be done as needed: stir the mixed liquid evenly, put it into a vacuum container, defoam at 0.01MPa for 5 minutes, then pour for use.
4. Maintain the temperature specified in the technical parameter table during and after curing. For thick applications, curing time may be extended; both room temperature and heating curing are available. In winter, heating curing is recommended: 80-100℃ for 20 minutes, while room temperature curing takes about 8 hours.

Q: Can I add color or powder to the silicone before testing? A: No. Randomly adding color or powder may cause catalyst reaction and prevent curing.
Q: What if the mixing ratio of A and B components is incorrect? A: Incorrect ratio will lead to changes in the hardness of the finished product, so please strictly follow the 1:1 weight ratio.
Q: How to store this silicone? A: Store in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse, avoid moisture, and do not store with water-based products. The shelf life is 1 year when sealed.
