Product Overview

Our HYE series skin-safe silicone is a high-end Platinum cured Mold Silicone, serving as core Silicone raw materials for medical prosthetic modeling (not finished prosthetics). As RTV 2 Silicone Rubber, it consists of fluid Component A (base) and Component B (curing agent). This Addition curing silicone transforms from low-viscosity liquid to soft elastic material after curing, accurately replicating human skin’s softness, color, and touch, meeting strict international body-contact standards to address global procurement’s key concerns of accuracy, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Technical Specifications

This Medical Grade Body Silicone adopts platinum addition curing, curable at 25℃/77℉ (room temperature) or with heat acceleration. It has low viscosity for bubble-free application, ≤0.3% shrinkage rate, adjustable hardness (0-20 Shore 00), tensile strength ≥3.5 MPa, tear strength ≥15 kN/m, and temperature resistance from -50℃ to 200℃. Pour the mixture slowly into the mold to avoid bubbles; degas if needed for better accuracy. 4. Cure at room temperature for 4-6 hours or heat at 60℃ for 1 hour until fully elastic. 5. Demold and finish the prosthetic product to meet desired precision specifications.
