How to Use

1. Before mixing, fully stir Component A and Component B separately in their own containers to ensure uniform consistency.
2. Mix Component A and Component B strictly in a 1:1 weight ratio to guarantee product performance.
3. Defoam if necessary: Stir the mixed liquid evenly, place it in a vacuum container, defoam at 0.01MPa for 5 minutes, then it is ready for pouring and use.
4. Maintain the temperature specified in the technical parameters during and after curing. For thick applications, extend the curing time; both room temperature and heating curing are applicable. In winter, heating curing (80～100℃ for 20 minutes) is recommended, while room temperature curing takes about 8 hours.

Q: Is it allowed to add color or powder before testing? A: No. Randomly adding color or powder may cause catalyst reaction and result in non-curing of the silicone.
Q: What happens if the A/B ratio is incorrect? A: Incorrect mixing ratio will lead to changes in the hardness of the finished product, so please strictly follow the 1:1 weight ratio.
Q: What is the correct storage method? A: Store in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse, keep sealed, and do not store with water-based products or in humid environments.
