How to Use

1. Before mixing, fully stir Component A and Component B separately in their respective containers to ensure uniformity.
2. Mix Component A and Component B in a weight ratio of 1:1 strictly.
3. Defoaming can be done as needed: After stirring the mixture evenly, put it into a vacuum container and defoam at 0.01MPa for 5 minutes before pouring.
4. Maintain the temperature specified in the technical parameter sheet during and after curing. For thick applications, curing time may be extended. Both room temperature and heating curing are available; heating at 80-100℃ for 20 minutes is recommended in winter, while room temperature curing takes about 8 hours.

Q2: Can I add color or powder to the silicone before testing? A2: No. Randomly adding color or powder before testing may cause catalyst reaction failure and prevent curing.
Q3: What if the mixing ratio of Component A and B is incorrect? A3: Incorrect ratio will lead to changes in the hardness of the finished product, so please strictly follow the 1:1 weight ratio.
Q4: How to store the silicone properly? A4: Store it in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse, keep it sealed, do not store it with water-based products, and avoid moisture.
