HY-E616 is a pure liquid addition curing body silicone with fluid uniform appearance and no precipitation or impurities. The standard A:B component mixing ratio is 1:1 by weight or volume, easy for unified deployment. The overall material viscosity is 4000±1500 CS, with moderate fluidity, which is convenient for vacuum defoaming and natural pouring molding without excessive dilution.
The fixed conventional hardness is 18±2 Shore A, which belongs to medium soft texture, taking into account soft simulation and structural toughness. Its breaking elongation reaches 500%, with strong ductility and recovery. Under standard 25℃ room temperature environment, the usable operation time is 30 to 120 minutes, reserving sufficient time for mold arrangement, pouring and defoaming. The natural room temperature complete curing time is 2 to 5 hours.
For accelerated production needs, high-temperature heating curing can be adopted, and heating treatment at 80℃ to 120℃ can complete rapid vulcanization and molding within tens of minutes. All core physical parameters including hardness, viscosity, operation time and curing speed can be independently adjusted and customized according to the actual production process and usage environment put forward by buyers to meet personalized production demands of different industries.

Step-by-Step Usage Instructions
Before operation, fully clean all production tools and mold containers to avoid residual condensation curing silicone, sulfur, phosphorus, nitrogen and other harmful substances, preventing curing failure.
Weigh silicone A component and B component strictly in 1:1 standard proportion, pour into a clean stirring container, and stir clockwise and counterclockwise evenly to ensure no local uneven mixing.
Put the mixed liquid silicone into vacuum equipment for defoaming treatment to eliminate internal bubbles and ensure smooth and flawless surface of cured finished products.
Pour the defoamed liquid silicone into the customized mold slowly, place it flat and stand for natural curing; control the operation within the effective working time.
Select room temperature natural curing or high-temperature heating accelerated curing mode according to production cycle demand.
Demold after complete curing, and perform trimming and post-processing; adjust color, softness and formula parameters according to personalized needs.
