Product Overview

HONG YE JIE HY Eseries Human Body Silicone (also known as Prosthetic Silicone or Body Silicone Rubber) is a platinumcured addition liquid silicone rubber, the core raw material for various human simulation products instead of finished prosthetics. Composed of two flowable A/B components, it can cure at room temperature or rapidly under heating. Before curing, it is a viscous liquid; after vulcanization with curing agent, it forms a soft elastic material that replicates human skin’s softness, skin tone and tactile feel, becoming the first choice for highprecision simulation product manufacturing.

Appearance: Liquid; A/B Mixing Ratio: 1:1; Viscosity (CS): 3500±1500; Hardness (A°): 15±2; Tensile Strength: 8 MPa; Tear Strength: 28 kN/m; Elongation: 470%; Linear Shrinkage: ≤0.1%; Pot Life (25℃): 30-120 mins; Curing Time (25℃): 25 hours (rapid curing at 80-120℃).
Usage Steps
Step 1:Clean all tools thoroughly (no contact with condensation silicone residues to avoid curing failure).
Step 2:Mix A/B components in a strict 1:1 ratio and stir evenly without adding untested pigments/powders.
Step 3:Perform vacuum degassing on the mixed silicone to remove air bubbles for smooth finished products.
Step4:Pour the degassed silicone into the mold; cure at room temperature (25h) or heat to 80-120℃ for rapid curing.
Step5:Demold after full curing and finish the product; adjust parameters according to customized requirements.
