Liquid Tank Sealant (Jelly Silicone Gel) is a core product of HONG YE SILICONE, composed of transparent Part A and customizable Part B (standard blue). This Addition Curing Silicone integrates superior sealing, moisture-proof, and insulation performance, making it ideal for liquid tank high-efficiency air filters and precision electronics. Compatible with aluminum, stainless steel, and plastics, it outperforms ordinary Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber in harsh industrial environments.

How to Use

Stir Part A and B separately in original containers.

Mix at 1:1 weight ratio until homogeneous.

Degas at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes to remove bubbles.

Pour into liquid tank filter aluminum grooves.

Cure at room temp (8 hours) or 80-100℃ (20 minutes).
