Product Description

HONG YE SILICONE Electronic Potting Silicone is a two-part addition-curing RTV silicone compound, also called Liquid Tank Silicone , Jelly Silicone Gel and Filter Potting Silicone . It provides excellent sealing, insulation, moisture-proof and shock absorption for electronics, PCBs, LCD and liquid tank HEPA filters. It bonds well to metals and plastics, cures without oil or by-products, and supports room or heat curing. Safe, eco-friendly, stable and widely used in high-temperature equipment.

HONG YE SILICONE Electronic Potting Silicone is a professional two-component Silicone Potting Compound widely used in electronic manufacturing and air filtration systems. Also known as Liquid Tank Silicone, Jelly Silicone Gel and Filter Potting Silicone, it delivers reliable protection and sealing for precision components and high-temperature equipment.

How to Use

Stir Part A and Part B separately before mixing.

Mix Part A and Part B at a 1:1 weight ratio.

Degas the mixture at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes.

Pour directly into liquid tank filters or electronic housings.

Cure at room temperature for 3–8 hours, or heat at 80–100°C for 20 minutes.
