HONG YE SILICONE Electronic Potting Compound is a two-component addition-curing RTV silicone gel, widely known as Liquid Tank Sealant or jelly silicone. It provides excellent sealing, moisture-proof, shockproof and insulation protection for PCBs, electronic components, LCD, optical electronics and HEPA filters. With good adhesion to metals and plastics, stable performance, low viscosity and easy pouring, it supports room temperature or heating curing. Safe, eco-friendly and long-lasting, it is ideal for industrial electronic encapsulation and filter potting.

HONG YE SILICONE Electronic Potting Compound is a professional two-component RTV silicone potting material, also called Liquid Tank Silicone , Jelly Silicone Gel and Filter Potting Silicone. It is specially designed for sealing, moisture-proof, shockproof and insulation protection of precision electronic components, PCBs, power modules, LCD and optical electronics. It also performs perfectly in bonding and sealing high-temperature equipment such as ovens, induction cookers and air filters. With strong adhesion to aluminum, galvanized sheet, stainless steel, PC, ABS and PVC, it ensures stable and reliable protection in various working environments.

How to Use

Stir Component A and Component B evenly before mixing.

Mix A and B at a 1:1 weight ratio.

Degas the mixture at 0.08MPa for about 3 minutes.

Pour directly into the tank or electronic components.

Cure at room temperature for 3–8 hours, or heat at 80–100°C for 20 minutes.
